In my opinion achieving clear skin really starts from knowing your skin type. Knowing your skin type allows you to buy products designed for your particular skin type. For example if you have very oily skin and you use an oil based moisturizer donโ€™t be surprised if you have acne babies all over your face.

So hereโ€™s a very easy way to identify your skin type:

-๐“Œ๐’ฝ๐’ถ๐“‰ ๐“Ž๐‘œ๐“Š ๐“Œ๐’พ๐“๐“ ๐“ƒ๐‘’๐‘’๐’น-

1. Tissue

2. Your normal facial cleanser/wash

3. Water

-๐“Œ๐’ฝ๐’ถ๐“‰ ๐“‰๐‘œ ๐’น๐‘œ-

1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and rinse your face

2. Pat your face dry with a towel and donโ€™t apply anything else on your face.

3. Leave your face like that for 1-2 hours without touching it or applying anything on it.

4. Get a square of tissue and cut into 4 squares.

5. Place one square on your right cheek, one on your left cheek, one on your forehead and one on your nose.

6.Use each square to wipe/blog that area of your face.

7. Now to examine the results!

1. Normal Skin: the tissue will have zero to little traces of oil.

2. Dry Skin: the tissue will have no trace of oil and your face will be very dry.

3. Combination Skin: some tissues will be oily(forehead, nose) and some will be dry(cheeks). Same goes for your face

4. Oily: your face and the tissues will be oily and greasy
